For some reason I have been really bad with blogging lately,
we just haven't been up to that much these past few weeks.
I feel like we are completely settled into our new house and I am actually enjoying that there really are not very many areas to clean. It seems like the whole house can be cleaned in about an hour. I am also loving living right by Dakota's school and Scott's work.
Somehow we are still working our new plans... hopefully we will be submitting them to the city next week, fingers crossed.
One side of our fence is only 4 feet tall, making it perfect height for our dogs to be able to see out at all times. Right around 2 pm all the kids start walking home from school leading to excessive barking on the dogs part, and excessive teasing on the kids part. I think that they all look forward to walking by the house with the 2 dogs popped over the fence.

That is so cute, that your dogs are just chilling... looking over the fence. Good luck with the home you're building, that is very exciting!
We affixed the new outer layer to the original fence with snipped-off lengths of wire, and we put the rocks back in place as we went along to hold it down. (On the side nearest the groundhog hole, we reinforced the perimeter with a couple of additional bricks.)
