bubbles & the learning box

I can't believe that it is the middle of April and this is only my second post for the month!!!
It seems like we are always super busy, just not taking pictures I guess.

I took these cute pictures of the boys and Scott blowing bubbles during Bridger's learning box time. Bridger's speech therapist from Kid's on the Move gave me the idea to put together a box of activities for Him to do that will initiate speech. Much to my surprise it has worked really well. He has added some new words to his vocabulary like ... box, pop, book, crash, beep beep. Plus he really loves getting the box down and working on the activities. Even Dakota is always asking if he can play in the box.

the wind, the tree & the car

Since we moved we have had some serious wind storms.
During such a storm tonight, we suddenly heard the screech of tires
and a big Crash right next to our house.
We ran outside to find this scene....

(the grass shown in the bottom of the pic is our side yard)
I felt too awkward to take pictures of the car that it hit,
but you can imagine the damage that was caused....
