Polar Express Day!!!

Friday was the boys last day of school before Christmas Break! Bridger had his Polar Express day at Kindergarten. All the kids get to wear their pajamas. Reese and I went and helped at the party. They made jingle bell necklaces, had a snowball fight, made snowflakes and had cookies and hot coco! Bridger loved having his baby sister in his class... Who also wore her PJs!

Grandpa Patterson

My Grandpa Patterson passed away on December 9th. He was 93 years old. This past Saturday was his funeral. 6 out of his 8 kids spoke and shared so many great memories. My favorite stories are the ones about his service in the Navy during Workd War II. At the end of the service my grandpa's bishop played a tape recording that had he had made of my grandpa barring his testimony. By this point I was in the hall with Reese and it was like my grandpa was in the chapel speaking. He was layed to rest in the Alpine Cemetery next to my grandma. So happy that they are together again!!!

My little sister Aspen's grave is right next to my grandma and grandpa. 

Nine years old!!!!

On November 23rd, Dakota turned 9!!! He is getting so big, I can't believe it. This year I convinced him that it would be so much more fun to go birthday shopping then have a friend birthday. So we went up to Tous R Us, the Lego Store and then to dinner at Chilis. 

The next day on his actual birthday we had family over for a pizza bar and cake! He has been really into skateboarding these days, so he had an awesome skateboarding cake and got a long board!
